- added more manipulations to phylogenetic trees to facilitate easier manipulations and visualizations of displayed data. Added features include tree splitting, sub-tree zooming, and the ability to collapse a sub-tree.
- Discrete Uniform colours can now be selected, so that individual fields may be highlighted.
- A bug in the way the previously introduced gridding function interacted with ShowSpread has been fixed.
Matplotlib is a python 2D plotting library which produces publication quality.
